Check-out: By 10:30am
Check-in: 3:00pm - 6:00pm
Except for special needs of our guests, the delivery of the rooms is provided between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.

However, we kindly ask you to communicate your estimated time of arrival at least on the morning of the arrival day in particular if it is scheduled after 7.00 pm.
For arrivals after the check-in time we have the self-check-in service, in this way the guest has the convenience of arriving at any time.

  Booking

Reservations can be made in the following ways:

  • Directly in the Foresteria Lombarda: customer admission is sufficient.
  • By phone or e-mail: in these cases the reservation is considered completed and concluded when the customer sends a copy of the payment of the deposit by bank transfer.
  • On-line: it is possible to book through the Booking on-line, Airbnb

  Terms of payment

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Cash
  • ATM
  • Credit cards (Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSì)

In case that the Customer cancels the reservation, the Hotel reserves the following conditions:

  • Until the 15th day before the beginning of the stay the deposit will be immediately returned.
  • From the 14th to the 8th day before the beginning of the stay 50% will be retained.
  • From the 7th to the 1st day before the start of the stay 100% will be retained.

The Management reserves the right to agree with the customer to be able to take advantage of the deposit held in other periods compatibly with the availability of the Hotel.
